1. Terms of Service

Welcome to the G-Flow marketing and cohort reservation website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Cohort Reservations & Refundable Deposits

Reserving a seat in our early software validation cohort (Foundation or Growth Tiers) requires submitting a refundable security staging deposit ($1,000 for Foundation, $3,000 for Growth) through a secure Stripe-enabled payment interface.

• Refundability: All staging deposits are 100% refundable upon request at any point prior to final production key activations and corporate license sign-off.
• Cohort Expiration Times: Due to high demand and strict capacity caps (5 Foundation, 20 Growth seats max), cohort slot reservations are held for a maximum of 14 calendar days. If hardware verification and licensing setups are not completed within this timeframe, the slot expires, and the deposit is refunded.

3. Operational Audit Wizard Data

Calculations and reports generated by the 4-Question Operational Audit Wizard are estimations based on operational data provided by the user. Real-world database timeline compression and patent valuation recovery metrics will vary depending on specific protocol complexity and database setup practices.

4. Privacy Policy

We take data privacy very seriously. G-Flow does not transmit trial protocols, designs, or database configurations from local appliances to external networks.

Professional details, organizations, and email addresses submitted via contact or lead capture forms are stored securely and used solely for cohort onboarding coordination, feasibility audits, and enterprise relation negotiations. We do not sell or share contact details with third-party providers.

Draft Protocol PDFs: Any clinical trial protocol draft uploaded via our secure contact portal is used strictly for marketing feasibility validation and will never be used to train G-Flow models, fine-tune models, or be stored outside our secure marketing enclave.
